In order to improve preparation quality and fasten the preparation work, coordination must be well done between construction company, design institute, supervision company and general contractor, and achieve synchronization of all construction work.
Establish full-fledged preparation responsibility system, and allocate work to individuals, clarify separate responsibility of different technical directors during the preparation and they should be the person in charge during different phase of construction and should inspect preparation plan and construction plan, supervise the execution of sectional work and summarize what we have learned.
An inspection system is required to organize, plan and execute construction preparation work. The purpose is to superintend and find weak points and make improvement. Thus the construction speed and quality is directly linked to preparation work, whose completion degree will immediately affect construction procedure. It is also an important factor of construction organization.
